“People with RLS feel uncomfortable sensations in their legs, especially when sitting or lying down, accompanied by an irresistible urge to move about.” Like they got ants in their pants and they just gotta dance? “…often described by people as burning, creeping, tugging, or like insects crawling inside the legs.” So, that’s a yes.
Am I really going to mock what I’m sure is a severely inconvenient affliction, just for a title for this post? Of course not. Well, maybe a bit.
These are the kinds of songs that interface directly with your nervous system. Prepare for a case of happy feet.

note: there’s a bit of a glitch in the Mojo Nixon track and I apologize for that. Also, I’ll work on getting my voice levels higher for the next one.
Dude, I’m diggin’ that Andrew Vincent track, as well as your Buzzcocks tune. The whole mix is excellent, but your last six tracks or so are just phenomenal.
RLS is a joke. If your legs are telling you to move them..Go for a walk!!!!
You’re mocking a debilitating affliction, you fascist! If you were ever antsy in the pantsy, you’d have some empathy!! MEOW!!!
According to the completely unbiased Mirapex RLS medication web site, RLS is indeed real, so it must be real. They state quite confidently that “Patients describe the condition in various ways, from a burning and aching to a creepy feeling like bugs crawling inside their legs. Patients with RLS often have the urge to move their legs even when they want to rest. Symptoms are usually worse during the evening while sitting or lying down. Often, the only way patients can find relief is to get up and move around.” That sounds pretty medical, pretty scientific. Next, they’ll come out with a medication for itching. “Does your skin ever itch? You may have a condition that only a doctor can diagnose…”
Liked a lot of the songs I haven’t heard like those by Glittertind, OOIOO, Return to Forever, The Dismemberment Plan, and I’ve noted that you keep removing possible songs from my future mixes such as I Against I and 10,000 witnesses, as well as 2 Fishbone tunes.
