  1. I still need to listen to mixes 41-45, but this is my favorite RG mix so far. The selection ties perfectly into what Obama’s speech did – eloquently state the obvious but yet too often unsaid and glossed over not just with race but with war, patriotism, youth, money, learning, health, and all the rest. And of course, they’re just great songs too. Well done.

  2. I was a senior in high school when I took American Government class with a teacher who it turns out really shaped my view of what it means to be a citizen of a country and of the world. He stressed being knowledgeable, getting involved and voting with your feet and your wallet. I can’t remember the man’s name, but I remember him playing “Talkin’ About a Revolution” and that song left an impact on me. I’m really glad you topped of the playlist with it.

  3. Just listened to this mix again, and you’re right — it’s a really good mix for today. I hope the message hits home and people get out and vote tomorrow.
